I use a gram of this with a gram of C to help with my own production of cortisone for allergies and inflammation twice a day. I use it just before I go to bed and again shortly after I get up. One unexpected benefit has been that my pitiful poor nails are growing better. Not that I will ever really have nails but it pleases me to have to cut them more often as it just feels healthier.
